NORTHSTOWE TOWN CENTRE
The plans for the town centre can be viewed at two drop-in events on 24th and 25th April and on this page until the 3rd May.
The proposed scheme will create 1000 apartments plus half a million sq ft of commercial and community space in the heart of the new town.
The public will be asked for their views on the layout and broad mix of uses proposed for Northstowe town centre. Feedback from the public and businesses in the Cambridge area will be used to shape the proposals and inform more detailed work in the future.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view the plans for the town centre , speak to Homes England’s project team, have their questions answered and share their feedback.
Homes England, the government’s national housing agency, is to hold public consultation on its plans for Northstowe town centre on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th April at 3.30-7pm on both days.
The drop in events will take place at the Community Wing next to the Pathfinder School, Northstowe (CB24 1AA).

However, we encourage everyone to come along to the in-person events as you will be able to ask questions of the team, and so understand the proposals more fully.
You will be able to submit comments online and at the drop-in events.
