House by Urban Splash is coming soon to Northstowe and in anticipation of their arrival on site, the team share some of their most iconic and well-known designs through creative drawing activities.
With residents spending more time inside their homes at Northstowe and people wanting to get more creative, Urban Splash has delved through the archive and developed these lovely colouring sheets for any budding artists in Northstowe and across Cambridgeshire to fuse their love of art and architecture.
Mark Latham, Regeneration Director says: “We are not as well known in Cambridgeshire so we thought as well as being a fantastic mindful activity, and an activity for children on those rainy days, these colouring sheets also provide the opportunity to learn more about what the Town House will look like - which is the first home from the House brand portfolio coming to ‘Inholm’ our urban village at Northstowe. They also provide an opportunity to see what some of our other houses and apartments look like in other places where we have created new communities.”
"House at New Islington in Manchester showcases the Town House and you can also read more on the link about how people are enjoying living in them and what makes them different. Park Hill in Sheffield is one of our most iconic and renowned places we have regenerated, and Chimney Pot Park in Salford provided some of the inspiration for the modular built Town House when we ‘reimagined' what the traditional terraced house could look like for the modern-day family.”

House by Urban Splash is building 406 modular homes on the edge of the new town centre location at Northstowe using the latest modern methods of construction.
